1.Who we are

This notice explains how Maidene handles personal information collected through this website. The legal entity responsible, and its registered address, will be stated here.

2.What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

  • Booking requests: the service, your area, timing preferences, your name, email, and optionally a phone number.
  • Contact messages: your name, email, topic, and message.
  • Career enquiries: your name, email, optionally a phone number, and a short note about your experience.
  • Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.

We ask you not to send medical details through this website. Care needs are discussed privately during a consultation.

3.How we use it

We use these details only to reply to you, arrange a consultation, or consider your interest in working with us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4.Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It does not use cookies, and we configure it so that page addresses are recorded without query strings or fragments.

A small number of anonymous events, such as completing a booking step, may be recorded. These never include your name, contact details, or anything you type into a form.

5.Storage in your browser

While you complete the booking form, your answers are kept in your browser’s session storage so they survive a page refresh. They are cleared when you send the request, start again, or close the tab. Your consent choice is never stored.

6.Who we share it with

The service providers who host this site and handle our correspondence will be listed here.

7.How long we keep it

Retention periods will be stated here once confirmed.

8.Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Write to hello@maidene.com. Rights that apply in your state will be described here after review.
